We live in an age in which concern for the environment has reached new and unprecedented heights. People, governments and other corporations now expect resources to be part of a sustainable cycle rather than a one-way pattern of consumption/disposal.

Our environmental record is excellent- and getting even better. At all DENSO facilities, we have intensified our environmental impact reduction efforts. We strive for zero landfill disposal, comprehensive management and voluntary reductions in the use of chemical substances, further energy conservation and the creation of perfect energy factories.

We have introduced the use of sludge as an ingredient in cement, used plastic scrap as blast furnace material and have used waste oil as fuel. We are implementing the use of water-based paints instead of solvent-based ones, and we have installed light sensors, which help prevent wasting electricity.

We are not looking for applause.
We are simply trying to lead the way.
